Ka'Senne
Ka'Senne (Ipsen 4, 8465 - )is a Fourth Age Imrhys woman who is the primary ambassador from Ipsenne, and the wife of Zierath, Lord of the Zierathan Alliance.

History
As with all Imrhys, Ka'Senne has lived a very long time. While many of the events of her life have been recorded, there are still many that have yet to be recorded.
The Fourth Age (7501-10,000 AI)
Early Life (8766-8786)
Ka'Senne, daughter of Bilbur and Lilyjean, is born in Ipsenne on Ipsen 4, 8465 AI.
Dekra, one of the First Nine Imrhys, was slipping deeper and deepering depression. In an attempt to keep Dekra around and functioning, Bilbur made Dekra Ka'Senne's godfather. Dekra returned from his self-imposed exile and took the child into his arms. While holding Ka'Senne, Dekra had a flash of the Boding Time sense and saw the rise of Warez and the Third and Fourth Gnarrhys Wars. Dekra returned to North Loyalund to deal with first with Warez, but never travelled east again.
The task of raising Ka'Senne fell to Je'Neene, the treasurer of Ipsenne and the CEO of the Merchant Guild. Ka'Senne was exposed to people from many different countries. She became interested in these other people and wanted to expand the horizons of Ipsenne.
This went directly against the standing orders of her parents. Bilbur had instituted an isolationist policy since the First Gnarrhys War. The willful Ka'Senne challenged him on this. She was forced to stop traveling with Je'Neene and remained at the royal palace.
Ka'Senne's Awakening
Her father, Bilbur, had wielded the Copper Shield for 8485 years. It had never tried to get Bilbur to offer it to someone else.
A couple days after her 20th birthday, Ka'Senne moped around the palace. Ka'Senne heard a voice calling her. She tried to ignore it, but it wouldn't go away. She went into her father's throne room. Above Bilbur's throne was the Copper Shiled. Ka'Senne was drawn to it. She took it off the wall. The moment she touched it, the Shield jumpstarted her Imrhys power, activating her Awakening. Lightning exploded off of both Ka'Senne and the Shield.
Bilbur was shocked that the Shield had chosen another, but he accepted. He began listening to what his youngest daughter had to say. He allowed her to become the Ipsenne Ambassador. She started to travel around the Achar and gathered information about the world outside of Ipsenne.
The Fifth Age (10,001-12,500 AI)
The Third Gnarrhys War (10,047-10,086)
Refugees
In Yakuter of 10,050, Ka'Senne was on one of her many trips when she discovered a ragged fleet of survivors of the destroyed city of Muskegon, Rado, and the Imrhys University there. Among the survivors were Davez and Deenev, who were both wounded. Ka'Senne was taking them back to Ipsenne when Kartookine attacked. Ka'Senne defended the fleet, and with the aid of Imrhys Lord Dykstra who had been following the fleet, drove off Kartookine, and then took the survivors to Ipsenne.
Ka'Senne developed a strong friendship with Dykstra.
Khobalds
In 10,075 AI, when the khobalds fell under the influence of Savaron, Ka'Senne learned how to block the Knife Thrower's psychic sendings. Ipsenne was one of the few countries who had a large khobald population. The Ipsenne government was very quiet about this fact.
Ambassador
Ipsenne was largely untouched by the Third Gnarrhys War. After the War, Ka'Senne went out and up to Seefell and to North Loyalund to aid in the rebuilding. In doing so, she opened up avenues for the Merchant Guild. Under their stewardship, Ipsenne became one of the wealthiest nations on the Achar.
The Sixth Age (12,501-15,000 AI)
Innux
In 13,350 AI, Ka'Senne met the Dathrhys Lord Innux. Not realizing who he was, Ka'Senne allowed herself to courted and charmed by him. By the time she realized who he really was, he and his minions captured her. She was imprisoned for ten years.
Rescue
In 13,360 AI, Dykstra, Bresky, Laurstra, and Aerock followed a series of clues to find Ka'Senne. They destroyed many of the innubus and sachubus surrounding Ka'Senne, but Innux got away. They took Ka'Senne back to Ipsenne, to recover from her ordeal.
Less than a decade later, a much more cautious Ka'Senne returned to her ambassadorial duties.
Zierath
In 13643, Ka'Senne met Zierath, the Lord of the powerful Zierathan Alliance, and one of Dykstra long-time friends. Zierath and Ka'Senne fell in love, and, in 13653, they were married.
The Fourth Gnarrhys War (13,706-13,710 AI)
Mediator Request
In Jazzuary of 13708, Ka'Senne received word that Rorke was going to invade Miller to force his casinos on the populace there, despite the law-makers saying no. The law-makers requested the Hovden League send them a mediator, and the League requested Ka'Senne go. On the way, Ka'Senne picked up her sister-in-law Tanyadee.
Mediation
Ka'Senne and Tanyadee arrived at Miller as Rorke, along with his generals Jarred and Sanjon and his army prepare to invade Miller. Cass-idy and her armies are prepared to defend. As mediators, Ambassador Ka'Senne of Ipsenne and Tanyadee of East Zierath side with Miller. Rorke is displeased with decision and challenges the mediators' honor. Even though he has the Golden Rod, Rorke, Jarred, and Sanjon are blown five miles out to sea by Cass-idy's Amethyst Tomahawk and Ka'Senne's Copper Shield, just as Daveed and Melanie arrive to recruit them all. Melanie stops the war and Daveed convinces Rorke to join the Gnarrhys War effort.
Healing Zierath
Ka'Senne commanderes Avalona, much to the consternation of the Doorman and Marea. Tanyadee joins. They arrived on the Isles of Metcalf and met Metcalf at the dock, waiting for the Jolly Elmo. The Manicotti, Kuker, and Kerkove had been helping keep Zierath alive. Sensing his brother's danger, Maz shadowwalks in. Metcalf and Kerkove, using the Diamond Sabre's time manipulation ability, operate and save Zierath's life.
Visintainer
Ka'Senne, with Kumahr, Maz, Tanyadee, and Dykstra headed north on a fact finding mission about how the Gnarrhys possesses people. They caught up to advance scouts Pouli and the Stone Rook, who were battling possessed Imrhys Visintainer. They joined in the battle, and, in the midst of the battle, Tanyadee and Visintainer had a spontaneous commune, and Visintainer was freed.
The Stone Dees
Ka'Senne and the other bearers of the Items of Light led the attack on Vampyre and Innux's stronghold. She chose Aerock and the Stone Rook as her slicer and back-up. Zierath and Ka'Senne went through a portal to the Tree of Life where he battles the Gronkin before he is able to got through the central portal to the Stone Dees. In the stone slab center of the Dees, Ka'Senne faced off against Innux again. With the assistance of Braithe, who was another victim of Innux, Ka'Senne threw the Copper Shield at Innux, who dodged it. The Shield ricocheted off all eight Stone Dees, narrowly missing Innux each time. After the final ricochet, the Shield decapitated him.
In combination with the other Items of Light, Ka'Senne and the Copper Shield helped destroy Vampyre, breaking the Gnarrhys stuff that he was made of into over 700 pieces of energy.
After the destruction of Vampyre, Ka'Senne found the still living head of Innux. In combination with Braithe, they destroyed that as well, preventing him from regenerating again.
Rebuilding a Society
After the Fourth Gnarrhys War, Zierath, Ka'Senne, and his nobles returned home and had to rebuild their society with the survivors of the war. Many of the displaced people did not have the same upbringing as the Zierathans and brought with them the various 'isms' that plague the world - racism, sexism, genderism, classism. Zierath spent the next several centuries grinding those 'isms' back out of the Zierathan character.
Boratch
Boratch had escaped destruction again, nearly dying for a second time at Zierath's hand. In 13718 AI, Boratch and his ratches snuck into Castle Zierath to kill all that they could find. Boratch maimed Angus MacBain as Angus protected his wife Moira and child. Ka'Senne prevented Boratch from killing Angus, and was hard pressed on defense before Zierath came to the rescue. Combining their powers, Ka'Senne and her allies overcame and finally destroyed the Dathrhys Lord.
Minteresa
In 14390, Minteresa, a newly Awakened Imrhys from Horn de Treasure, came to Castle Zierath and set up an embassy in the city. Minteresa started training with Zierath and taking classes at the University of Zierath.
Zierath, Ka'Senne, and Minteresa travelled aboard the Jolly Elmo with the Manicotti for a couple of years from 14,418 to 14,420. In 144420, Morellis tracked down his great-aunt Minteresa, who was traveling with the Manicotti and Zierath on the Jolly Elmo. Viviana had been attacked and was thought to be on her deathbed. Minteresa and Emeralda got on Morellis's ship and they raced back to Horn de Treasure.
Zierath, Ka'Senne, and the Manicotti visited Minteresa the following year. They become involved in a coup d'etat attempt in Horn de Treasure. Bocmar, one of Minteresa's Bocmar overheard the Council plotting against the Imrhys The Council attacked Bocmar, but he Awoke. Minteresa dismissed the Council and set up her own Council with Leena at the head as Chancellor.
Morellis, Bocmar, and Ritana travelled with the Manicotti, Ka'Senne, and Zierath aboard the Jolly Elmo to begin their training back in Castle Zierath
The Seventh Age (15,001-17,500 AI)
Ka'Senne's activities for the Seventh Age have not been recorded.
The Eighth Age (17,501-20,000)
Leave of Absence
From 17,920 through 17980, Zierath and Kath take a leave of absence from Castle Zierath and went on a tour of the western lands.
In 17940, Contortus travels until he meets Zierath and Ka'Senne, who are in the area.
The Fifth Gnarrhys War (18829-)
Ka'Senne was involved in the re-sealing of the Father into the Achar.
The Future
Ka'Senne survived the Fifth Gnarrhys War and is still a major character in the world.
