Distinguishing Features: 18 years old. Short raven hair framed a heart-shaped face, and freckles dotted the bridge of her nose. Eyes of the softest blue . Cat ears which poked through her hair. A small, furry black tail waved around. It had been threaded through a self-made hole in the seat of her jeans.

On her first day at Paragon U, she wore a denim jacket which hid a white t-shirt. On the front of the T-shirt was a picture of the Energizer bunny. She wore an old pair of black converse and some jeans which faded at the knees. Some might call her beautiful, some might call her ugly. The responses varied.

History: Faye Fira was given super speed abilities by her scientist father. The side effects of the process gave her what they termed 'speed sickness,' symptomed by headaches and nausea.

Faye Fira happened upon a fight between three Whitmoore resident heroes - Nick Dent, Experiment 2.0, and Obsidian Omega - and a group of Outcasts. She was planning to move into the Whitmoore Apartments, but it is unclear if she ever did.

History: The Fenris Project is the result of the efforts of an extensive breeding program developed by the Council's top scientists. The fiercest warwolves were chosen and bred together. The strongest, largest warwolf was then selected from the breeding program's litter as the candidate with the most potential, before going through extreme strength training, steroid enhancement, dietary supplementation, and being taught to strictly obey the Council. He is trained to be dangerously aggressive and violent. He is also trained to follow the commands of any Council member. While mildly cunning he has proven to be somewhat easily outsmarted and usually needs a handler to direct his violence appropriately as he is of animal intelligence.

The Fenris Project has fallen under Superstrength/Invulnerability classification. Bullets from automatic rifle fire have not been able to penetrate his hide and any attack only seems to aggravate him. He has also been seen committing acts of immense strength such as ripping bank vault doors out of the wall and smashing police vans.

He is most dangerous under the direction of a tactically intelligent Council officer. The current one is the Handler.

The Fenris Project was incarcerated at the Zigg for a time but escaped during the Arachnos breakout. He was found by the Council.

He battled Detective Frost, LEM 15, Blood Wolffe, and Hyperman in Boomtown as the heroes were searching for a link to Nosferatu. The Project has an intense hatred of Detective Frost because the detective grabbed the Project's ear with his super strength in an effort to achieve dominance over the giant warwolf.

The Fenris Project, under the command of the Handler, attacked Frost at police headquarters in King's Row. The Fenris Project nearly killed him.

The Fenris Project and Detective Frost faced each other again in a massive team vs. team fight, and Detective Frost buried the Project under thousands of tons of earth, but even that couldn't kill the great warwolf. The Handler helped dig him out of the tunnels, and set him to digging out their ally Cyberskull. The Fenris Project, the Handler, and Cyberskull have recently joined Archon Quo and Verde Lobo in Quo's attempt to create a new Fifth Column.

Has a tendency to play to a crowd, giving him some fame as a "people's hero". Has gained a reputation among heroes as being cocky and a little careless. Defeated Doctor Vahzilok single-handed. Recently joined up with the Phoenix Guard, a King's Row based supergroup.

History: Captain Fletcher is the captain in charge of the MetaForces. He works closely with Mssgt Gevin Riley.

When Riley was wounded on his second day in the Whitmoore by trhe 5th Column, Fletcher brought M-113 to the hospital and first met the Dark Harrier.

The girl's real name is Bean Wilson, daughter to Victor and Summer Wilson, the circus' star trapeze artists. Miss Wilson was born into the circus and has lived there for her whole life. She proved to have a natural talent for the high-wire and trapeze skills and was soon performing with her parents. Miss Wilson helps all over the circus and has learned many other skills such as knife-throwing, fire-breathing, sword swallowing and is a rather good magician and contortionist.

Miss Wilson's career as a costumed vigilante began when Eve, the tattooed lady and close friend of Bean's, was kidnapped. The circus' owners were in debt to a mob boss and Eve was taken for leverage to up the payment. Miss Wilson witnessed the abduction and followed the gangsters back to their hideout. Utilizing her circus skills, she was able to rescue her friend and caused the arrest of the other criminals.

Bean found that she liked the feeling of helping others, but knew that her parents wouldn't like the idea of her fighting criminals. Her inspiration came when the circus made its latest move. Now free from debt, the owners decided to set up somewhere permanently and chose Paragon City. It wasn't long before Miss Wilson had taken the example of the city's heroes and made her own costume based on her "stage name"; the Flying-Squirrel.

Bean has been working with Samhain Greystar.

History: When she first moved into the Whitmoore Apartments, Ishtara summoned various items from all over the place in an attempt to furnish her apartment. She accidentally summon forklift Frk45Lft23-00234 to her apartment.

When she left the apartment, the forklift received a message from Babbage to report to King's Row. The forklift fled the building, running over Ishtara as it did. Ishtara and Quickstrike chased the forklift down, and found it amongst a large group of clockwork.

History: Amanda was living on a beach when a Arachnos experimental weapon struck the beach. Her eyes were wounded, and she can now only see in Cosmic rays. She was found by a couple of young men. She panicked and accidentally killed one of them with her newfound radiation powers.

Amanda was an inmate at the Zigguraut Prison when she was broken out. She and her cellmate Commander Powers were inseperable in prison, and continued to be so once they moved into Blakmoore Safehouse.
