History: Warez Areson is the son of Ares of the Olympian gods and Tefnut of the Egyptian gods. He was conceived in Egypt as Alexander the Great invaded and took over Egypt. Ares was disguised one of Alexander’s soldiers, and his mission was to make sure that Alexander succeeded and that none of the gods of the other pantheons interfered. Tefnut was a lion-goddess who tried to interfere, but Ares captured her and raped her. Warez was the result of this rape.

Tefnut escaped shortly after Warez was born, and Warez was raised by several of Ares’s attendants, in particular Phobos (fear). The young god had a hard time getting his father’s attention. It wasn’t until he killed his half-brother Bucephelis (Ares’ son by Nike, goddess of victory), that Ares started to pay attention to Warez.

Warez was at his father’s side as Julius Ceasar started the road to become emperor. He travelled with his father to Egypt where they met the Egyptian gods again. None were pleased to see Ares, and they treated Warez with a certain amount of disdain. Warez took a dislike to them, especially his uncle Shu. He was very happy when Cleopatra, Antony, and the Egyptian gods stood against Augustus. Warez led warriors into Egypt and personally defeated his loathed uncle Shu.

Sometime in the second century, Warez came across a corrupted Vestal Virgin temple. He was a little disappointed because he liked corrupting Vestal Virgins himself, but found a succubus by the name of Zendakara was using the temple as one of her own to lure human men to her clutches. Warez attacked her, but during the course of the fight, it became one of violent lust on both of their parts. Zendakara could not drain his godly power, and Zendakara was beautiful.

Once they had sated themselves on each other, they started an elaborate scam to bring handsome, virile young men and beautiful young women to their temple, and then have their way with them. Their scam was very effective with the teenaged population, but the elders summoned other protectors, including Warez’s cousin Azurus Rigason. The two groups fought, and Zendakara and Warez were forced to flee. They set up shop again in India, but they were tracked down again, and Zendakara was banished back to hell, and Warez was imprisoned on Olympus.

Warez escaped with the help of Phobos and has been on earth, carefully avoiding his relatives on both sides of the family. The one that he will occasionally track down and harass is Azurus Rigason, including one time killing his human wife. Warez joined Mussolini’s fascist movement in Italy, but was unhappy at taking a back seat to the Germans.

He found out that an arch-mage of the Circle of Thorns had bound Zendakara to make her one of his slaves. This offended Warez a little and the godling killed the arch-mage. Zendakara took control of that cell of the Circle of Thorns.

When he sensed Zeus’s essence returning to earth in Statesman, Warez hid himself carefully among the Circle of Thorns as one of Zendakara’s guards. As time went on, he realized that Statesman had less connection with Zeus’s memories than he thought, and he began exerting his power and lusts again.

Warez currently has a small base in Siren’s Call where he pits himself against the other heroes and villains there. While there, he came into conflict with Detective Frost and Artemis 2020.

History: Lt. Wincott's son was kidnapped by the Trolls years ago, and is now the leader of the Hollows Troll Task Force.

During the 5th Column Crisis, he was assigned to mobilize the Paragon University Heroes. He met Sibling, Swordstroke, and Winter Kills.

History: Erik Gregory Winslow is the heir to the Winslow Pharmaceuticals company. He feels he is entitled and above the rules. His father's money has kept him out of jail.

In his early teens, his tutor Brother Ronald Gearich tried to get him to take responsibility for his actions. Instead, Erik drugged his tutor, reducing the brother's impulse control. Gearich was defrocked for rape and lewd behavior, and Erik got control over him.

Reginald James is a former Outcast who Erik Gregory Winslow met through Marv and Anthony Vendretti. He became Erik's Chauffeur and made responsible for all of Erik's vehicles.

Erik entered Paragon University. He quickly formed a set of close friends or sycophants. They were Marvin Blankenship, Peter Schultz, Andrew Bonzelli, and Chug. Winslow carefully chose each on for an expertese they had. They dominated the social scene with their fraternity.

Through Marv, Eric also hired Anthony Vendretti and Reginald James as his helpers.

Erik's father owned an old frat house a couple blocks away. Erik and his four sycophants wired the building so they could record what was going on in any room in the house. They started bringing dates there, and recording the goings-on. The thrill quickly wore off. They started drugging women at the frat house party with an amnesiac aphrodesiac Erik developed, brought them to the second house, raped them, and recorded everything. They made dvds of them, and sold them over the internet. One of these women was Triskellion.

Erik started planning for the future. He wanted to have a good lawyer in his pocket, and discovered that Ross MacBain was at the top of the class for pre-law. Erik and the others started manipulating the younger student, not realizing that Ross was the hero the Emerald Claymore.

At someone else's party, Erik, Pete, and Chug were trying to force a pretty co-ed to drink their concoctions when Mark Hanes, aka SteelDragon attacked them, hurtning them badly. Not wanting to be discovered, Erik did not push the envelope. Hanes did receive community service hours.

Ross came upon the five giving several girls an amnesiac drug and then sexually assaulting them. Ross was about to call the police when they knocked him out and gave him a dose of the drug as well.

At another of the frat parties, Erik saw Arial and fell madly in lust with her. He arranged for Marv to summon several trolls to bust up the party and cover their tracks. While Arial's friends Mithril Zeta, Lizzie Stone, and Mad Gremlin were busy fighting the trolls, Erik led Arial to the safety of the second house, and dosed her with the drug.

Arial, not being human but faerie, reacted differently to the drug. She opened his mind to all the fear and feelings that he had forced upon others. She was able to summon her friends, who came to her rescue. Lizzie froze Winslow, posed him in an embarrassing pose, and then sent him to the Zigg.

Winslow had a medical transporter lock on to him in midtransport, and he was delivered to the Rogue Islands instead. Now a wanted fugitive, Erik was kicked out of Paragon University. He broke his four friends out of jail.

Several days later, Erik and his four sycophants went to Pocket D. There they saw Arial and Lizzie, who Erik blamed for his misfortune. Erik took careful note of who all was with the two women -including Mithril Zeta, the Mad Gremlin, the Emerald Claymore, Thevshi, Psykid, Flat Out, Dodo, Triskellion, and SteelDragon. Due to the strict no combat policy of Pocket D, the heroes did not go after Erik, but Erik was kissed by the angel Angelic Penance. Feeling even more insulted, Erik added Angelic to his vengeance list.

Erik had his people research the heroes and began a plan for vengeance. He discovered connections to several major villains, including Khymera, Tub Ci and Dr. Vahzilok, and started forming alliances.

Realizing that Khymera could read their minds, Erik and sycophants started taking an anti-telepathic drug which made them more irrational.

Erik set up a series of clues, traps, explosions, and embarrassing videos to lead the heroes to the final trap, the LaGrange Hospital in Skyway. Using his pharmaceutical company connections, they were able to break in. The heroes and villains clashed, and the villains were defeated. Erik was defeated by Arial and Zeta.

Erik tried to set up that Khymera was mentally controlling him and the sycophants and then the anti-telepathic drugs created a psychotic episode for them. Erik went through a severe detox and was sent to the Zigg.

He is currently in the Zigg, awaiting trial.

History: Dani was 'normal' girl until her sophomore year of college. She was brought up by her mother Mona and family friend Ike in King's Row; she does not know who her father is. Mona worked at the Tasty Diner, as did Dani as soon as she was able.

Dani did fairly well in high school and excelled in basketball. She was accepted into Paragon University with a basketball scholarship. Her major was Criminal Justice with Psych.

During the first semester of her sophomore year, she took Criminal Psychology (with Professor Clemmons/Sol-Ar) and Chemistry. An accident happened in the lab, and Dani was caught in the explosion. She developed ice powers. With powers, she lost her basketball scholarship and had to work almost full time at the Tasty Diner to continue going to school. (Her schedule is blocked off with times for "class" "study" "computer lab" "diner" "patrol" and "sleep". Sleep seems to get short shrift, with most nights only having 4 or 5 hours of it. She's carrying a normal class load with one extra remedial non-credit class and works 30 hrs a week at the diner.)

School does not come easily to her. English in particular; she is currently taking Freshman English Composition, Algebra I, Psychology II, US History I, and a non-credit Remedial English Grammar class. She formed a study group with Matthew Bartholomew, and on the first night of the group, Swordstroke brought a group of Hellions in on the fight. The superhero Amrien also happened to be there, and they beat the Hellions. During the fight, however, Matthew took a pot of coffee to the face.

History: Wraith was sent to track down Gevin Riley. She is controlled by Archmage Pesmer Stamaster, who has power over her sister. She was followed by the bat Shado.

When Mr. Green was kidnapped, Master Sergeant Gevin Riley went to talk to Stamaster and met up with Wraith.

History: Julia used to be a superhero named Blizara. She was hired by the American government to become an assassin. The government faked her death in a bombing, and she has worked for them ever since. At some point, the Skull assassin Kowl was been hired in the past to kill her. Kowl failed and lived.

Julia was moved into the Whitmoore Apartment Building by her governmental employers. She befriended the naive young hero Slipshod and an operative named Geariven. She managed to save Slipshod's life when the slightly insane Sei thought he was her sister. They and the young hero Falcon were gathered together to eat a spaghetti meal that Geariven had made when Michael Balthasar appeared and warned Julia that the Skull assassin Hellfire had been hired to kill her. Three other heroes joined their party - IceFlare, Deth Star, and Experiment 2.0.

During the party, Julia received a call from her governmental employers. She was given the job to assassinate a Family Underboss. She slipped out of the building, avoiding even the keen eyes of Helffire. She killed the underboss and discovered a link between the Family and Crey Industries.

The party was dying down by the time she returned. As the guests left, Hellfire decided to make his move. He was dismayed to discover Geariven and Balthasar had not yet left, Deth Star, IceFlare and Experiment 2.0 returned, and another couple of heroes - Railbird and Dr. Medico - arrived and helped defeat Hellfire. Hellfire was about to escape when Julia killed the assassin.

This killing created a rift between Julia and the other heroes. Despite pleas from Geariven, Julia disappeared into the night.

Her current whereabouts are unknown.
