History: Sabrina is a student at Paragon University. She is a member of the Basketball Cheerleading squad. She has been involved in cheerlreading since she was in junior high.

She is taking English and Physics, but Physics does not come easily to her. She turned to Sparky for help.

History: Custodian at Paragon University. He is one of the scarier people on campus. It is believed that he may have superpowers, but no one has witnessed him using them.

Scruffy supervises students for work study and community service as well. He's had Mark Hanes (Steel Dragon) working his 40 hours off.

History: Sei is a 3000 year old miltary trained daughter of a god iwho has ended up on earth somehow. She has a sister named Adrasteias who has the ability to take any form, although a law the Triad forbade her from taking other shapes. Sei is convinced that Andrasteias will come and try to kill her. She does have a brother who is significantly more level-headed.

Sei lives in room 938 in the Whitmoore Apartments. She has a Mr. Ivory who delivers groceries to her once a week. He has asked Slipshod to deliver the groceries to her. When he did, she believed that he was Andrasteias and nearly blew his head off. Her neighbors Julia Wright and Geariven convinced her that Slipshod was not her sister.

History :Alex West was the 12th victim of David the serial killer known as the Paragon Stalker. Over time he gained enough strength as a ghost to be able to posses the killer and stop the murders. He still uses the killer’s body to this day to be a hero but is hunted by the ghosts of the other victims. He is a good natured person and sometime quite shy in social situations.

Alex moved into the Whitmoore and found himself quickly embroiled in a Clockwork attack along with Nicholas Dent, Ishtara and Necronus.He witnessed the Clockwork King tear Necronus in half.

Several Outcasts had tried to kill Nicholas Dent earlier in the day, and Dent wanted to find out who had put a hit out on him. He went to the Hellion bar the Flaming Moe, and some of the heroes, including the Dark Harrier and Shadow Marshall followed him. Ishtara went along to, more to party than to do detective work.

A group of Hellions attacked Dent while at the Flaming Moe, and the four heroes, with the aid of Tick Tok, defeated them soundly. In the midst of the fight, the dead hero Necronus re-appeared alive on the dance floor. After an accomplished fight, one of the Damned struck Alex on the head, and he lost consciousness.

When he woke up, he found that he was out of the body, and the Paragon Stalker had taken full control again. The newly re-vived Necronus saw Alex's soul, but no one believed him because they believed he was delerious.

Now in control of the body, David started carefully planning his next move and how best to torment the ghostly Alex.

David did join Dent, the Dark Harrier, Elumien, and Tick Tok on a trip to Boomtown so Dent could face down his old Outcast mentor Oscar. As everyone else was paying attention to the two fire users fighting, David took a knife and brutally killed one of Oscar's Outcast followers. David hid the body, but quickly found that he wanted more death.

Elumien offered to help Shadow Marshall exorcise the ghost attached to him, not realizing that the ghost was actually Shadow Marshall while the soul driving the body was that of the Paragon Stalker.

Trying to warn the others, the ghostly Alex entered Ishtara's dream, showing her the brutal killings done by David, including a warning saying she may be number 13. Ishtara awoke, and decided that talking to Shadow Marshall would be the right course of action. Her questioning made the Paragon Stalker a little nervous, and he began to plan her demise. The two of them go shoot some pool to calm Ishtara's nerves.

The Stalker was 'playing' with Ishtara, trying to lull her into complete relaxation to fully betray her and to see it in her eyes as he killed her, but she received a mental call from Elumien, and they hurried back to the Whitmoore.

When they got back, Ishtara was taken into a room with Elumien, but the Stalker figured out he was found out when confronted by Nick Dent.

Dark Harrier asked Gothika, a special investigator of mental and spiritual phenomina for the Paragon Judiciary office, to come and to help with clearing the Shadow Marshall of all charges after Paragon Stalker was driven away.

Ishtara and Alex were taken to the hospital, picking up Sgt. Gevin Riley of Metaforces and Stryk along the way. They ended up at a diner, and Ishtara left to go back to the Whitmoore. Alex followed shortly, carefully avoiding the press who wanted to know more about the Paragon Stalker.

Ishtara took Alex to see Rachel, her visionary friend from her dark past. She and Rachel had another falling out in which Rachel begged her to come back to the coven. Ishtara refused, and fled back to the Whitmoore with Alex, catching the tail end of a 5th Column attack on the Whitmoore.

When Dent came and told him that Stryk had gone rogue, Alex went off on a mission with Nicholas Dent, Ishtara, Straight Jacket, and Slugbug to bring him in. They returned to the warehouse where Dent had fought Stryk, but the rogue was long gone.

Tick-Tok tracked down Dent, Ishtara, and the Shadow Marshall to let them know that Dent's mentor Elumien was missing.

History: Cliff and Angela Barstoe were born as identical twins (facially and general build) to the wife of one of Crey’s middle level managers. Their father, name undisclosed, worked in the “Reanimate” Project section of Crey Industries for years prior to their birth. It is very likely that exposure to the chemicals and radiation in that area caused the genetic mutation that led to the twins’ powers.

From the time of their birth, the two were far closer than siblings, and always seemed able to stay very close together. Being any distance apart would cause great anxiety between them, and this continued as they grew. They never spoke to one another, and likely, Angela’s telepathy kept them in constant contact. Their father became an alcoholic and abusive, while their mother developed battered woman’s syndrome and feared the man.

Somewhere near their thirteenth year, a catastrophe occurred which is still mostly unexplained. What little is known is that Cliff was drugged by the father using some of the mother’s sleeping pills, and the father menaced Angela.

The extreme distress of his sister woke Cliff, and he entered the room to find his father attempting to violate his twin. Cliff’s telekinesis triggered for the first time. 9-1-1 reports indicate that the father was found dead, killed in a most gruesome fashion, but the twin’s were not to be found. The mother was remanded into a Crey mental facility, where she lives to this day.

Cliff and Angela merged, physically, after the trauma. They are two distinct personalities, completely separate but inhabiting the same body. For the majority of the time, Angela is the dominant personality, but at times of great danger, Cliff will move to the fore and allow Angela to retreat. Both are aware, and share thoughts, but there is an ability to dim or tune out if necessary. They call themselves “Sibling” due to this arrangement, and refer to themselves as “we” or “us”.

After their escape, they lived on the streets for several years, barely keeping alive. The mental pain was so great that they could neither fight nor be around angry people. This led to their eventual capture by Crey, who were actively searching for them. Their incarceration lasted barely three hours, before Crey records indicate an “aunt” came to claim them.

That “aunt” turned out to be one of the Ladies of the Lake, a super group that make Avalon Island, in Talos, their home. Lady Almira arrived, and using guile and her own powers, spirited the twins away. Under her watchful care, and that of other Ladies, Sibling came to not only accept their powers, but to become highly skilled in their use.

Rising through the rank structure on Avalon, from Initiate to Mistress to Lady, Sibling is known to be a favorite of The Lady Morgaine, an immortal and ruler. They are currently one of the valued mentors on the Island, legally married to Leslie Brown (Hero persona Gal ‘O War) and work for the university in their disguise as Angela Barstoe. Angela has a degree in Psychology and Criminal Law pertaining to Metas. They have a practice in the City where they also defend and work with heroes dealing with mental problems.

For a short time, Sibling was a guest lecturer for the Psychology and Antiquities departments at Paragon Univeristy. Among their students were Matt Bartholomew and Dani Jones/Winter Kills.

History: Sebastian 'Bastian' Stevens AKA Slipshod is a teenaged superhero. Both his parents are dead. When the young man moved into room 936 of the Whitmoore Apartment building, he was befriended by the doorman Stanley Green.

His relationships with his neighbors was not always the smoothest. One night, he became very irritated by the loud music of his neighbor Julia Wright. He knocked her door very hard, managing to crack the door. As he tried to make a hasty exit, he accidentally put a hole in Geariven's wall. Julia took an immediate liking to the young man.

Mr. Ivory, the delivery man for Sei, gave Bastian the weekly groceries to deliver to the young woman. When Sei saw him, she attacked him, accusing him of being her insane older sister. Riv and Julia convinced Sei that Bastian was not her sister.

Despite his destructive introduction to both of them, the naive young man struck up a friendship with Julia and Riv, and he also made a quick friend the winged boy Falcon. The four of them started to make supper Balthasar arrived to warn Julia that the assassin Hellfire was trying to get her.While the others cooked, Bastian cheerfully shared his appetite. Bastian left before the big conflict between Hellfire and Julia.

History: Vince Wyler started turning into a 4-foot insect-man and became a hero in Paragon City. After his Kings Row apartment was destroyed by Clockwork, Slugbug moved into room 614 of the Whitmoore Apartments.

Slugbug soon found himself off on a mission with Nicholas Dent, Ishtara, Shadow Marshall, and Straight Jacket to help against the rogue Stryk. They returned to the warehouse where Dent had fought Stryk, but the rogue was long gone.

The Clockwork with a soul Tick-Tok tracked down Dent, Ishtara, and the Shadow Marshall to let them know that Dent's mentor Elumien was missing.

Distinguishing Features: Is in normal human proportions, simply looks like he spends the majority of the day in the gym...lifting freight trains.

His costume lue tights a costume, but when combined with some red briefs, an ankle length red cape, red boots, a yellow belt, and the red starlike burst pattern outlined in yellow in the center of his massively muscled chest

History: Adam is a recovering drug addict that has recently been rendered blind by unknown motivations. He initially plans to abuse his ID for housing and benifits, though in truth he knows he can never return to the life he once had. Adam is currently in foul relations with the Hellions.He had made an enemy of MarrowSnap. A sloppy deal with a Hellion over a cursed fetish was all it took to betray his trust and friendship. It didn't matter that the fetish was cursed to greatly discord the owner's lifestyle, which was why Adam was selling it to this particular Hellion. It could be believed easily in the magical circles that his short ownership of it was what caused the upheaval in his own life. While it wasn't the first time Adam had dealt artifacts to Hellions, it was the first time he had dealt with one that messed him up as well.

He was at the party where Necromancy Nancy corrupted Stright-Jacket.

History: Sparky (nickname of course) is one of Matthew Bartholomew's best friends since they were both children and so was one of the few people that could put up with his (sometimes) annoying personality. Sparky was well known for being very leachy and charmless when it came to women. He is Matt's lab partner and roommate as well.

Along with his science courses, Sparky is taking English, mainly because there are cute chicks in there. One of the cute chicks is Sabrina, who comes to Sparky to get help with Physics.

History: Anna is the civic-minded daughter of a wealthy politician from California. She is a member of Freedom Phalanx Junior Division and a partner of Texas Star.

She moved into the Whitmoore Apartments.
