History: Blood hears blood, and this one has come from another realm to search after the echo of a lonely cry. Although there is doubt they even know they are calling out. But... a few things tend to distract. Those unable to fight for themselves. Titles of glory. Shinny things... Nadirance was lost for a time in such pools of power. Long enough that another had to come and give a firm scolding on abandoned duties. Now Nadirance searches Paragon; one Citizen, Contact, Hero, and even Villain, at a time. Continuing the search for someone lost that only the same blood can find.

She was last seen before 'Vortex's Jink took Deep Vortex, Dusk, and herself back to their world Abode.

History: Narshawn was born on another world, not even yet visited by Portal. There are two main races, one of stone and one of ice, that live in perpetual war. Open warfare is rare, but contact between the two races is forbidden. Narshawn was the child of an Ice father and Stone mother. Upon the child’s birth, the mother was driven from the populated lands of her people on fear of death.

The Lady Morgaine knew of this, and intervened, but sadly not in time to save the mother. As a solemn promise, Morgaine took the child to Avalon to raise in safety.

Narshawn’s race grow to adulthood quickly, and live almost an unlimited span. She was given to Lady Gemini to raise as her child, which caused some problems for her. It was a test of her, given after Gemini pursued a blood feud against Morgaine’s wishes. She succeeded and raised Narshawn as child and apprentice for almost ten years.

Now an adult, Narshawn is awkward with the personal interactions of humans, but very sincere in her care and interest. She is meticulous, and does not forget anything she learns, a part of her physiology. She is encyclopedic in her knowledge, sometimes embarrassing others.

Her rank, presently, is Mistress. She now has an apprentice, Gypsy’s Queen.

History: Necronus was a child when the Clockwork King knocked cables from an electric pole fell onto Necronus. He was hospitalized for a year, and he gained wierd electronic powers from the accident. It left him with black scarred skin.

While on a mission near a Crey factory, Necronus found a deactivated clockwork he named Tik Tock. He fixed him and used him in several missions.

He moved into the Whitmoore Apartment building. Shortly after, the Clockwork King and an army of Clockwork attack Necronus. Necronus recognized the laugh of the King and attacked the arch villain. The Clockwork King casually tore the hero in half.

While Necronus died, his spirit lived on. He followed the heroine Ishtara to the Hellion bar the Flaming Moe, and he returned to life on the dance floor in the midst of a bar brawl between the Hellions and five heroes, including Ishtara, Tick-Tok, the Dark Harrier, Shadow Marshall, and Nicholas Dent. In his weakened, semi-delirious state, he was able to see that the Shadow Marshall's Alex West soul was knocked out of his body, and the Paragon Stalker's soul had control of his body, but everyone dismissed his visions as seeing things.

The next day, Necronus awoke very confused and wen to find Alex. He ended up talking to the soul of the Paragon Stalker, but Necronus had no clue. Necronus did manage to freak out the hero Experiment 2.0 who had seen him torn in to by the Clockwork King.

More shaken up by his death and resurrection that he wanted to admit, Necronus chose to leave Paragon City. He was last seen leaving for London.

History: Nosferatu was a leader for the Fifth Column. He was a great, if immoral, scientist. He came up with the process of creating the Column vampyres.

Over the years, Nosferatu experimented on many people, including Yager and Archon Quo.

When the Council took over the Column, Nosferatu went to the Council and continues his work there.

The Voice of the Center is the Emissary of the Council's Center. He has recently approached Vandal, Nosferatu, and Requiem and told them that the Center was displeased with their progress, and that the Rogue Columns and the Rikti were getting too powerful. With very little effort, he threw Requiem across the room and badly bruised his chest.

History: Sister Mercy is a native of Lexington, Kentucky. She joined the Sisters of St. Jude when she was a young woman. She became a teacher, and taught for sixty years at very schools across the nation, and ended up working in MacLeod, Iowa at the local Catholic High School. It was here she met English teacher Zachary Stevens, the man who would become Mithril Zeta.

When the entire population of MacLeod disappeared, Sister Mercy was among them. Eventually, the FBI found her in a coma. They contacted the only other survivor of MacLeod, Zach Stevens. When she came in contact with him, she absorbed a great deal of power from him and immobilized him. She had an additional personalty embedded over hers. She killed the two FBI agents who accompanied her, and then went on a killing spree through Talos Island. She was stopped by the Mad Gremlin and others.
