History: M-113 is a medical evac robot in Metaforces.

M-113 was the droid brought with Captain Fletcher when Master Sergeant Gevin Riley was wounded on his second day at the Whitmoore.

M-113 was also called when Riley was wounded when the hero Elumien disappeared in a building collapse.

History: The Mad Gremlin is a traveler from another dimension. His home dimension is one of magic, not technology. When he was first transported to Paragon City, he was amazed at the technology; he attacked various machines, sure they were monsters.

Since then, he has become one of the most respected magic heroes in Paragon City. On many occasions, he has been a guest lecturer for Dr. Eric 'Doc J' Johansson's Hero Studies class.

History: Born Star, Madam Enigma's past is shrouded in history. Her parents are deceased, and Enigma apparently attacked her best friend Sam when Enigma's powers manifested.

Madam Enigma is a short tempered, quite violent heroine. City Hall had revoked her license three times in six months. She always worked hard to get her license back, frequently by working without a license; the last time she had prevented a plot by the Devouring Earth to poison the city. There had been a lot of destruction and carnage, but she got the job done.

In addition to her heroing work, Madam Enigma works as a stripper.

She was granted an apartment in the Whitmoore, and started out by threatening Mr. Green. She met SoundTrak at that time as well.

History: MarrowSnap is the leader of the Hellions.

The hero SoundTrak was one of the Hellions procurerers of magic items until he offered MarrowSnap a cursed item.

Marv was the son of Daniel Blankenship and his second wife Melanie Vandretti. Daniel was one of the biggest drug dealers in Paragon City. He had been busted five times, but each time beat the rap. He had enough money to hire the best lawyers.

Marv’s mother was the daughter of a Family lieutenant, and Marv got to know some of the goons and tough guys that were connected to that organization.

Marv, in all honesty, barely knew his father. When Marv was fifteen, his mother, died under mysterious circumstances. Marv had been shipped off to a private boarding school, and Daniel had remarried. It was the boarding school where Marv met Erik and the others. Marv easily fell under Erik’s leadership, and became one of his friends and defenders.

Marv maintained his connection to the Family guys, and so when anything needed to be done that could not connect back directly to Erik, it became Marv’s job.

History: Brett is a person with potential to do great good or great evil but he has almost no ambition. He is satisfied with small crime and petty revenge. He came from Paragon City as a drifter staying in each town just a little longer than he was welcome. He likes to cause trouble, will occasionally backstab people, and sells just about anything illegal. While it seems like he cares for no one and nothing he puts alot of pride and effort into his one legitimate hobby; He is very good at fixing things, wether it is carpentry, electrical, or plumbing.

He is currently residing at the Blakmoore Safehouse.

History: Sharon worked at one of the local hospital clinics.

Sharon was an ally of Ishtara and came to her aid when Elumien had been captured by the Banished Pantheon. She travelled with the Whitmoore Residents to Boomtown.

History: Michaela came to Paragon City about a decade ago. She was in Paragon City during the Rikti Invasion.

Michaela is a renowned inventor. She works for Shinywerks as their Research Supervisor for their Robotics and Future Technologies Division.They have offices at 3689 Royal Overlook Drive, Paragon City, RI.

In addition, Michaela works for the Paragon University security force. She had made a simple arrangement with the administration: she'd manage the security of the University, and in return, they'd grant her near unrestricted access to their research facilities. Besides, the University's security had never been tighter, so they had no reason to complain. She is also taking a Urban Archaeology from Professor Drake and Occult Studies.

History: Mikey had a nose for information. He worked out of the bar the Flaming Moe. He had made the acquaintance of Nicholas Dent during Dent's stint as a Hellion and as an Outcast.

Mikey's daughter is an FBI agent.

When someone put a contract out on Dent, he kept his ears open, and discovered that it was Dent's Outcast mentor Oscar had put the hit out on him.

Eventually, Dent himself came and asked Mikey, and

History: Steven Tanhgarth had some sort of encounter with the Freakshow on a fateful night.

Tanhgarth was a huge man with massive strength. He used to have an apartment in Talos Island, but it was destroyed by Warriors. He took a break from Paragon City, visiting his sister in Denver. When he returned to Paragon City, he was given an apartrment in the Whitmoore.

Tan came upon Elumien, Master Sergeant Gevin Riley, and Mr. Green as Tick-Tok was recovering from being hit by a car. Not knowing Tick-Tok's past, Tan was ready to take the Clockwork apart, but Elumien stopped him.

History: Alfred Wincott is a native of Great Britain who came to Paragon City to both teach and to be a hero. He lived in the Whitmoore Apartment Building and taught archeology at Paragon University.

He was approached by Sean O'Landy and asked to take control of the Two Six Precinct in the Kings Row District. Wincott arranged for his classes to be taken by another teacher, and then went to the Two Six Precinct Building. The building was a disaster, and the first three 'recruits' weren't much better. Poison Sting was a walking 'excessive use of force', Newton's Apple was serving time for contempt of court, and Coolant System was a short tempered cold character.

A long series of attempted take overs, temporary members, and trips to others worlds have followed.
